it's normal to pay a high fee like 31$ when you send 50$? I know its my mistake that I didn't check before I sent
Just that you you are not familiar with converting your bitcoin, if not you will have converted your bitcoin to TRX, Litecoin or USDT or even BNB and send to the recipient then the recipient should use it to buy bitcoin. So That is how it is done to reduce the network fee.
And is there a way to return it or fix these fees?
The only way you can do it is by not trying to initiate the transaction atol or like I said you convert it and send via another coin. Another method. Is to us import your seed phrase into electrum wallet or any multisige wallet like blue wallet and reduce the sat/Vbite to the medium or small for fee transactions.
