Make sure you use the passphrase with the seed phrase while you want to import the seed phrase. After you import the seed phrase, you will have to import the passphrase next. Without the passphrase, you can not have access to your coins.

You can use Electrum wallet for it or Bluewallet.

On Electrum, make sure you checked BIP39 and passphrase. If it is Bluewallet, after you click on import, you will see three dots (...) at the upper right corner, click on it to check passphrase to continue.
