Lets set the record straight...Top 6 is not happening for Manchester United, the board chose to keep Erik Ten Hag after beating City and thinking things will improve but instead it was their worst decision as the man was on his way out but they entertained him and has left the team 6 feet under now...but with the coming of Amorim, anything below 10 should be a win for the club and that should be what to aim for as the team is undergoing surgery.
No need to straighten it out and no need to tell all their statistics while they were still coached by Erik Ten Hag because under Ten Hag they struggled to score goals and struggled to win even though their opponents were not the dominant team or the team that was favored to win.
Manchester United under Amorim if they improve, their achievement can only be in the top four and that's if Chelsea and Arsenal fail to get points every week. If possible Liverpool and Manchester City also experience poor performances. The problem is, teams like Nottingham Forest, Brighton and Newcastle are also struggling every week.
