This thread has devolved quite quickly, as it usually does when discussing this issue specifically, so I’ll give some final thoughts and a recommendation for Mandy.
- contrary to Mandy’s suggestion, I was not aware of her United States residence. US residents are not permitted on Shuffle (as per our Terms of Service) and I would’ve closed her account sooner if I had proof of this.
- I can’t talk on behalf of Cam and whether he knew or not, we have a protocol to follow if we suspect a user of breaking Terms of Service so I’ll make sure of whether that’s the case or not, but that doesn’t mean that anything changes with how we handle it from the point that we were made aware.
- Suggesting that we were wrong to chat ban Mandy because other people are also toxic is like suggesting that a police officer shouldn’t have pulled someone over because other people were also speeding. Then try suggesting that when this police officer has pulled them over and warned them over 10 times. I also don’t think a chat ban should be taking up valuable space in a scam accusation thread.
Mandy, I would recommend that you open a case with Casinoguru or some other casino mediation service. Unfortunately, I no longer wish to DM you directly because you weaponise messages, and I have no interest in having my messages with you be taken out of context. A mediation service will be able to dig into the specifics of this issue, and if we are deemed to be in the wrong and still don’t accept that, then you can use that ruling against us if you wish.

- I don't know what you mean by things devolving when discussing this issue specifically since we have yet to discuss this issue at all.
- You where aware of my residence. You had to keep deleting the youtube link of me on American Idol and Cam absolutely knew. But you still haven't even explained why you are fine streaming from Australia or why Japan has it's own official Shuffle Twitter and Telegram or why Aldo is from Turkey but you still let him wager millions every week. Most of all why you can't just give me my account so I can claim my commissions and go on with my life.
-The chat mutes were just a bullet point in my timeline, a sign of the blatant disdain you have for me. Ultimately they are irrelevant when it comes to finding a solution because I have no intentions of chatting at Shuffle ever again. I just want my account put into withdrawal only mode so I can claim the money I have earned and will continue to earn.
-CasinoGuru doesn't deal with Affiliate disputes. Noah we don't need a mediation service, I am asking for you to please just turn my account into a non-gambling account and you'll never hear from me again. It is the perfect solution and everyone can move on happily. Please just end this.
