When you got limited by a provider, they marked your account through several "fingerprints", and when you opened an account in other casino to "bypass" the limitation imposed by and on the other casino, that limitation actually followed you. The provider will quickly notice that it's you, in different casino, and requested your account on that new casino to be banned too.
Yes, banning for value betting is controversial as many gamblers [who also frequently oversee this board] think it should be a legit strategy. But from time to time we can safely infer that providers explicitly prohibit this. Sad, but that's reality.
