As far as I know, Real Madrid already has several star players who play in the front line but I just read the news on Twitter that Real Madrid is targeting Alexandre Lacazette to recruit in the January transfer market, I wonder why Real Madrid recruited the French striker? even though he is already 33 years old while Madrid already has good strikers at the moment but I think he might be used as a second-string player if one of Madrid's strikers gets injured I see his statistics at Lyon are also quite good in the last few seasons.
I honestly don't think this is a good option. Trying to bring back strikers instead of strengthening their defense is a condition that in my opinion Ancelotti is too trying something new for the current Madrid squad.
Although I know that in the end Madrid's performance, especially for finishing now, is not too good for us to see, but in the end trying to bring back a new striker even though this is only a coating will actually further pile up unused attacking players and even minimal defensive players are currently increasingly struggling to patch up the gaps that exist.
Their squad in attack is not short of players only lacking mentality in finishing so there is no need to return to stacking strikers especially for old strikers like Lacazette. What they need is a player who can patch up the defense in the condition of the players who are currently hit by a storm of injuries long enough to make Madrid have to try to patch up this position more.
