I agree with this because if they really wanted a striker then why would they let Joselu go at the start of this season, even though he is still very useful if used as a back-up option in Madrid's rotation.
For some reason, I always don't like Ancelotti's way of looking as if there are no big problems in his squad. Although I quite agree that the reasons for their player's confidence in being able to survive conditions like this reflect that he really believes in the player, of course there must be several other considerations that must be taken into account.
Currently they have several injured defenders and some of them will definitely be recovering until the end of this season because of their ACL. Seeing this, Ancelotti should pay more attention to more important things first because Alaba, Carvajal and Militao still have a long time to recover and even if they recover, the worst possibility is that they will have to re-adapt so it is clear that there must be other options to improve their performance in conditions like this.
First of all I don’t think they are anybody who would have actually thought of the current dilemma and as such just to work they had to honor Joselu who was the one home self to hand in transfer request.
As for This Ancelloti actually was confident of the attackers and nothing bad there we all thought that the arrival of Mbappe was a blockbuster but everything isn’t going as planned which is not good but also not the fault of the people.
As for the defensive aspect where Madrid are short off in the first team I think the board was the cause of the problem because it was first of all the saga which even involved Manchester United player Leny Yoro, with Madrid not having David Alaba back they wanted Yoro but wanted him in way too much less than the evaluation that the Lille board rated him and when Madrid fell out of the deal they decided not go for another player again which was the reason why they are in this defensive mess, I think they will actually break their own rule this time around and sign new players by January
