Update: I'm still not able to transfer crypto from Paypal to a wallet, but I was able to transfer money into coinbase for free via my bank acct, and trading fees are about 0.6% on CB.
Good to hear that. Does PayPal give you any further explanation about this? Sounds like it is impossible to withdraw your crypto from PayPal. It's wild that it takes nearly a month yet it's not resolved yet.
As for transferring your money to Coinbase, does this mean they change their deposit fee? Going from 4% to 0% within a month is surprising. From my search, it looks like the 4% fee is applied when you use a debit card.
