There are almost no more European players over 30 years old, maybe 1 or 2 more seasons for players over 30 years old to be in the European League. I am more confident that Paul Pogba will continue to play in the Arab League there. He will be comfortable playing because the competition is not as tough as the European League.
Physically and in terms of performance, it is impossible for a European club to sign him for a big salary, especially since Pogba is prone to injury, so he cannot fully play the quality of the game. Again, this scenario will not happen if you look at your age and physical condition which is already starting to decline.
There are many talented young players who show their best skills every season and that is why players over 30 years old will have a little difficulty competing for a place. The club will also look at the long term to buy players so they can help the team develop more compared to recruiting old players who have to pay too much. If Pogba still wants to play then whoever recruits him in the transfer market should be able to accept him even though sometimes the salary is a little smaller. If he hopes to play in a big club with the salary he wants, then I think it will be a little impossible because every team must have considerations before recruiting the players they need.
