You are right, infact this is one major problem that has impeded our development because we don't even seek for any where or anything better, the landlords take us for granted because we don't even know of our rights as tenants.
This attitude has made us not to be taken seriously by the government too.

Assuming we express great displeasure from within us as a population, Nigeria would would have been a lot better than this in the sense that the "Leaders" will even be scared of trampling on our rights as citizens because they will be scared of our reactions.
