If this news is true, I will be disappointed in Real Madrid for trying to aquire the service of a 33 years old player when they have so many young and talented players such as Kylian Mbappe, Arda Güler, Endrick, Rodrygo and Vinicius junior who can fill up the striking position effectively. While Alexandre lacazette is undoubtedly a skilled striker, signing him at this stage of his career seems unnecessary for Real Madrid as they have young and talented players that are available to fill in the position.

Most probably as we have history of media, near the transfer window they bring many rumours by their own for having some intention from soccer fans because currently Lacazette is playing in Lyon where his performance is not good having 2 goals from 10 games mean things are below then average and Real Madrid already have much better player into their squad which can give their best in case of better playing minutes.

Lacazette is having his contract until June 2025 so he could be free agent but his age and performance both are not good enough for having spot into team like Real Madrid where we have already enough forwards which are much better and younger which can give their best for long time I have strong feeling this is fake news by any media house which is looking for some intention from the soccer fans.
