As far as I know, Real Madrid already has several star players who play in the front line but I just read the news on Twitter that Real Madrid is targeting Alexandre Lacazette to recruit in the January transfer market, I wonder why Real Madrid recruited the French striker? even though he is already 33 years old while Madrid already has good strikers at the moment but I think he might be used as a second-string player if one of Madrid's strikers gets injured I see his statistics at Lyon are also quite good in the last few seasons.
I think the ability for Ancelotti to play without a striker makes him quite different from other managers, though that doesn't mean that we didn't enjoy Madrid playing with a proper striker like Benzema. Since the departure of Benzema, I actually thought that brahim diaz could easily fill the slot(though he did in terms of performance), but it seems Ancelotti wanted something or someone else. To be honest, I don't think that mbappe has been able to fill in that slot of Benzema, and I'm not sure if that's going to happen anytime soon because he plays better as a winger. But if this rumor happens to be true, then we might see some players using the exit, because I believe real Madrid already have the qualities in their team.
