Do you even know what counter-trading is? I bet not.I will use clean digital currency to buy from you. You can specify any token. I can withdraw the token to you from Binance, OKX, Huobi and other exchanges.
So I will send you BTC, you will buy USDT but not with my BTC (?) but with your "clean" BTC (?), and then you will send me the USDT through any centralized exchanger.
