I was a little surprised by the management's dissatisfaction with Ruud van Nistelrooy to handle Manchester United that he seemed able to bring Manchester United to its best performance, because we know that Ruud van Nistelrooy knows more about what Manchester United wants, honestly I doubt Ruben Amorim and I also don't know anything that Ruben Amorim has done as a coach and the achievements that have been obtained I don't know, but it all comes back to the decision of Manchester United management in developing and making significant changes this season.
I don't think the Manchester United bosses were dissatisfied with Ruud van Nistelrooy. Instead I think their decision was driven by the need for a coach with a track record of success at the highest level. Ruud may be familiar with Manchester United history and culture, but that alone may not have been enough to secure the managerial position on a permanent basis. The appointment of Ruben Amorim as new Manchester United’s manager was a calculated move by Manchester United hierarchy. Amorim’s accomplishments at Sporting is the reason United prefer him over their ex-player Ruud van Nistelrooy.
