Please just state your opinion without trying to advise me as a reply;

How do you consider the last quarter of the year? A time to take more financial risk or be reserved and more cautious.

It is the opinion of some people that the last quarter of the year is a time to gather and save up money for the expenses of the festivities, and January can be tough. What do you think about starting up a business in this last quarter of the year as someone who is an average income earner?
It all depends on the type of business. For example, it is silly to start an ice cream business at the end of the year (this business is unlikely to be profitable in the cold season), but it is better to switch to selling hot chocolate (it is necessary to offer something seasonal to the buyer).

If holidays are approaching, then people will be ready to spend money on those goods and services that are associated with these holidays. For example, Christmas and New Year. If the business is associated with such activities, then problems with starting a business in the last quarter of the year will not be a problem. But it should be taken into account that people have a limited budget for spending, which means that after spending savings on the holidays, people will not have money left for other purchases. Above, you yourself said that January is traditionally a difficult month (post-holiday poverty). Therefore, it may turn out that it is better to hold off on starting a business until February-March.

It is difficult to assess possible risks when it is not known what kind of business is supposed to be started.
