This could be a solid option, especially for those Stake gamblers who are now searching for a new platform with the year-end deadline for compliance looming. It seems like this is becoming the norm, eventually, all casinos, no matter how they advertise being "no KYC," will likely require it. They simply won’t have a choice if their licensing providers mandate it, and following those orders is crucial since a license is the lifeblood of the business.

The day might come when the only real no-KYC options left are decentralized or unlicensed casinos. But those come with their own risks, especially for high rollers regularly dealing with big amounts of money. It's a trade-off between privacy and security.

The crypto business is growing, and so adoption going mainstream requires compliance with government rules and regulations just like any other legal business. They can't escape from this legal requirement. Hence, we should expect that every legal crypto entity will require certain type of KYC protocol.

But for those platforms which are not implementing kyc because as you said, either decentralized or not licensed, there will be risks that people will need to think about. However, such risks are also present with licensed platforms. It is just that, the person has better chances of his legal battles if the platform is licensed because he can pursue the fight and remove the license of that site. However, we all know that route is quite tedious and can be expensive.
