This gives the betting player a slight advantage over the casino but is not considered cheating. It is merely a strategy but the casinos usually do not like this still.
The same situation was in the 1988 film Rain Man. There, two brothers went to play at the casino. The older brother was autistic and could memorize all the cards. They won. The casino suspected them of fraud. But the ability to remember cannot be called a fraud, especially for an autistic person. In general, the situation ended well.
