no way i'd pay .05 btc premium for a brass one. not now anyhow. that said, i wouldn't peel it if I were you.
It all depends what type of brass Cas we are referring to...Not all brass coins are created equal. First day loading coins go for much more than a regular dated coins afterwards. And then there are first day loaded coins that are first loaded cas first day coins. Myself as a collector of such coins ...I place of greatest importance. Many people are not aware of these facts.
