With AS Roma condition this season, Napoli should be able to take advantage of the condition to steal points because this victory will return them to the top of the Serie A standings. The 13th match is the capital that Conte needs to maximize, he managed to bring Napoli in his first season very well so AS Roma must be defeated badly. For Conte there is no option to share points at this time.
Napoli didn't play very confidently the last 2 games either, especially bad was the game with Atalanta who beat Napoli 3-0, but I agree that things are even worse for Roma, if not terrible. In the last 5 games, Roma managed to win only once and that victory was over Torino with a score of 1:0, so the odds of 1.8 for Napoli seem justified, besides Napoli at home does not lose to Roma since 2018.

Of course, if you believe in Roma you can risk betting on Roma's victory with great odds of 4.9, but I somehow have little faith in such an outcome and the maximum that Roma is capable of is a draw.

Napoli  lost against Atalanta, but they bounced when they fight against Intermilan. It's important to note they're against the top clubs in the Serie a. It's not comparable to Roma's fixtures, which often faced weak teams and still missed points.

Talking about their odds, Napoli's odds really astonishing @1.85 in a home game, this sounds big, right? but it showed us if bookies are not really believing in them to take three points from Roma. In other hand, Roma got 5.02, which is far less than what i have expected.

The possible scenario is the draw most likely to happen. I'm not underrating Napoli with their home game. But, the odds show that 1x2 is risky. BTTS or Double Chance (Draw/Napoli) is my choice.
