Good steps to help one heal from a big loss. Personally, taking a break is the best of it all and at the same time, you should let go of your losses, because if you cannot let go of your losses, you might find it difficult to take a break. What I do after experiencing a big loss, I quit and don't gamble anymore or go close to where they're gambling so that I will not be tempted to gamble at that moment.
Yes and actually we keep on forgetting to take that break because we are so into gambling.

I will not blame a gambler for getting hooked too much in the games especially when it comes to slots because of how long the waiting time for the high multiplier to happen and then the way it is played is like there's always something that will pop out soon. Those bonus games (free games) are the most delightful of all because it is filled with excitement about how much they will give like a pandora's box.
That is where we should really be careful with because all that excitement when unable to be calmed down could lead to more deposits and that means more losses and frustration in the end.

The importance of taken a regular break in gambling can not be overly emphasis and it worth reminding, it is another avenue of given yourself that opportunity of making a personal reassess of whether you upholding a good and responsible gambling behaviors, indeed we have to stay in control and always having it in mind that gambling is only but game such that we have to be responsible enough not to chase losses for he who fights and run away lives to fight another day, it is also good we mix up with other activities as away ensuring we are not spending more time and resources in to gambling, it is a good thing for a gambler to have that sober reflection of whether he is having gambling problems or not and take the necessary steps towards being a responsible gambler.
