Do you think there is a level of quietness and concentration a gambler needs for him to gamble properly? Please share your thoughts.
This all depends on individuals, there are certain people that can easily be distracted by an itch or move or noise especially when their mental faculty is weak and not strong enough to resist distractions or can not diversify their in a particular time and actualizes their aim especially when it is something technical.

So this gambler in question could fall in any of that. Maybe we can assume this to be possible regarding that the processes of analysing games with an aim of winning would require an extreme attention.
Maybe the reduction of noise can make a person more efficient in what they are doing but I am not sure this can work smoothly in gambling because whether quiet or not, the winning trajectory of gambling is relatively keeping a certain distance from us, quiet sometimes just makes us frustrated and feel stressed in that stuffy space. However, it is still advisable to find a private place to participate when partly to avoid complaining about losing bets and at least not venting anger on those around you, privacy is more important, focusing too much can sometimes easily lead to exhaustion in gambling.
