We are committed to staying KYC-free and have no plans to introduce KYC in the future. Currently, there are no indications that KYC will be required under our license. Our goal is to maintain transparency and trust with our users, and we will always prioritize providing a seamless experience.

And what license is that? How is that special from all the other licenses? Because that just sounds like a lie.
We reserve the right to lock your account or prevent withdrawals, if deemed appropriate, until such time as your identity has been verified. We may use a recognised third party provider to undertake these checks on our behalf or we may get in touch with you directly to provide us KYC documentation. By agreeing to these terms you authorize us to provide your personal details to such third parties, who will keep a record of the information we provide to them.In certain circumstances we may have to contact you and ask you to provide further information to us directly in order to complete the Checks.
Not only you say that on your TOS, i hope that you have been following the development of tightened regulations of finances.
And if you haven't been following them, that's a red flag on it's own. There's no way you can comfortably claim that there will be no kyc, unless you either don't know what's coming or you are lying. I don't know which is worse, but what i derive from that is that don't have real plans for the future, so you don't care what happens.
