Do you think there is a level of quietness and concentration a gambler needs for him to gamble properly? Please share your thoughts. 


No, I am a horse racing bettor, and I can tolerate noise and still bet with all the noise going on. You will just have to adjust to your surroundings where you are betting, although some games and betting stations need to be in a quiet mode for the players to concentrate, like in card games.
majority of gamblers can adjust to the noise because they are so concentrated on what they are doing that they don't bother on the noise.
Yeah, it also depends on what kind of game you are betting. If you are in a horse racing, expect that there will be noise made by those racing horses and those bettors who are making cheers. But if you are betting like in a lottery outlet or let's say poker game, I don't think unnecessary noise will still matter to you.
