There are countries where there is negative growth rate but if you see countries specially in South Asia (Pakistan, India and Bangladesh) population is continuously increasing and same pattern is observed in African countries.
If developed Countries in West continuous to have slow growth rate then it will bring opportunity for population in Asia and Africa to migrate to these regions. Like Canada is a land where there are huge immigrants from rest of the world because of low local population.
