Just an idea here, but check Craigslist or eBay for a netbook.  A buddy of mine was tossing his Acer netbook because the screen wouldn't work, gave it to me and it just turned out to be a bad charger.  So for less than $20 I got a cheap ass, power sipping computer to manage my USB miners and Wallets.
