Many times I have waited 3 or more days for payment...during which time I contact support and get similar responses as you did. This has happened to me at multiple casinos over the years. Nobody likes something like this to happen to them, but it happens and that's it... you have to be patient.
I think you should give them a few more days to solve it. If that doesn't happen you can open a thread in the scam accusation section, and on TrustPilot, AskGamblers, etc... but I hope it will not come to that point and that you will get your money. Good luck.
