It was not easy for me doing pushups because it is my first time, but I put in my best to make sure I keep up with the pushup challenge. I was able to do 50 pushups in four sets, and the first set was some how easy for me to accomplished while I struggled with the second, third, and fourth sets to do pushups.

Welcome and yeah it can be difficult to keep doing pushups every day.

It is likely that each day many of us have to push ourselves to do our sets, and especially in the beginning there tends to be a certain amount of time of ongoing soreness as our bodies are getting used to an actity that we might not have had previously been doing anything similar.

I am still sore after 295 days doing pushups, yet the soreness does not feel as bad later on as compared in the very beginning, and in the beginning mine lasted for months especially since I started out with mostly 3 or more pushup sets per day and then worked myself up to mostly above 4 sets per day and then worked myself into my current status of mostly 5 sets or more per day. These days mostly I limit to 5 sets per day, with every once in a while more than 5 pushup sets in a day.

Everybody's doing great!  Even me.   Smiley  Keep it up because you catch more bees with honey not vinegar, although I do particularly love Balsamic vinegar and olive oil, with sliced cucumbers or raw green bell peppers, and a load of that crunchy Himalayan salt really hits the spot.  But I guess I'm not a bee.

I suppose for a snack it is not going to kill you... at least I hope not.

I would suggest to add some meat and animal fat in there.. even though surely there might be some validity in following some of our cravings.
