It was not easy for me doing pushups because it is my first time, but I put in my best to make sure I keep up with the pushup challenge. I was able to do 50 pushups in four sets, and the first set was some how easy for me to accomplished while I struggled with the second, third, and fourth sets to do pushups.

It was never easy for any of us in this push-up challenge when we started, but our determination and motivation made us to still be able to keep doing push-ups and keep pushing the bitcoin price to the $100k mark. If you are consistent with this push-up challenge every day even though you don't maintain the 100 push-ups, you will get to a stage where you will not struggle to do push-ups, and you can even maintain a particular number of push-ups in each of your sets. I know you will feel pain in your body today because of the push-ups you did yesterday, but don't try to rest your body because it will not help you to get rid of the pain. Just continue with doing push-ups, but you can reduce the number of push-ups you will do in a set if you are finding it hard to do push-ups today, which will allow you to cope with doing push-ups.
