I have proven to have enough self-control to make several big improvements, for example, my diet no longer includes certain junk foods. On the other hand, I still have some bad habits which need to change ASAP. How do you create good habits and break bad ones, what actually works?
We all have different ways through which we can develop new good habits against troubling ones that we're dealing with. I will suggest you apply almost same strategy and discipline you used in improving on your diet against junks, all you've got to do is to be intentional about changing them and also bearing in mind the benefits that you stand to enjoy by keeping those good habits. Maybe that will help you achieve your goals faster.
