I don't protect Chips.gg but this is a forum called Bitointalk, it's not Chip's forum, nor is it their duty to solve problems here and I'll even say they shouldn't be using Bitcointalk for solving problems directly on this platform. They have a support chat and people should use that chat to solve problems. It's definitely okay and normal to post issues here if someone doesn't get their problem solved because posting here is a good reminder for the casino to solve the case and prioritize it but the further communication happens via email.
Each platform has their own home to handle things, issues, supports for their customers. No company will share details of their customer support here, in the Bitcoin forum. Additionally, they have terms in their ToS to protect information of customers privately too, and they will resolve issues with customers in their customer support lines like chat assistance first, then support ticket.
If they want, they can share kind of limited information here, and other third party sites like CasinoGuru, but not in full details. Other casinos behave the same too, and it's not big deal if they don't want to share information publicly here.
