And I don't even understand if they have a problem they should contact chipps on their customer service bringing any issue most are just chasing attention because the polite thing to do when their is a problem contact the customer service
To be fair to them some customer service responds slowly, so they feel the need to bring more attention to their issues so they get solved faster. I think it's fine for people to post their issues on this forum even if they get told that they need to reach out for support. At the very least they can bring the attention to the campaign manager or any reputable members who have experience with Chips.
