Is this responding to my suggestion or another reply above? I don't know what's the purpose of this post. Maybe you're trying to introduce your support members? If that's the case we'll need more than her name. Stuff like experience, skills, CV, etc would be great for that. That being said, I hope you have more CS available other than her. It would be wild to forward every CS request to one person, as skillful as she is.
