This is especially true if you are an active member here and also use your username to register with them. That was my personal observation though because I hardly see an active user here complaining about any long-standing casinos campaigning on the forum. The regular complainers are those who just opened the forum account for the sole purpose of complaining about the casino.  And truly, if the complaint is getting too much with casinos, the CM may not be comfortable about it and even those who campaign for them might be accused or tagged just like what happened with 1xBit.
Well, like I will always say, there are actually no casinos without unsatisfied customers, what I think matters most and differenciates the scam casinos from the repute ones is what they do with customers funds, and how they treat and respond to the unsatisfied customers when they rise any type of issue.
Using duelbits as a reference, there are many who have complained about duelbits, some even claim they are scammer, same goes for Stake, bc.game, Rollbit and any other reputable casinos we can think of, but what makes all of this casinos continue to stand out is because they always take up that matter and at the end, see that it's resolved amicably, unlike scam casinos that will just ignore the complaints even when all evidence is clear that they are guilty as charged, they never say a word but expect people to complain and forget about the issue when they get tired.

You did be surprised to also know that some of this newly created accounts that lays a complaint against reputable casino here are not actually newbies, but high ranking members on this forum who actually did not want to make such complain with their main account, so they proceed to creating a new account of the sole purpose of such complain..
Yeah, in some cases, filing a complaint in the form of a separate topic is obviously and truly a method that a high-ranking forum user can use. And the forum rules in principle do not prohibit having several accounts. But I think that if such a topic does appear, then the casino's complaint is most likely truly justified. By the way, one of the justified complaints is obviously the formal and completely unnnecessary responses of the support, which are written to report and collect statistics for themselves by recently hired casinos and completely incompetent employees. Sometimes you wonder how they can so stupidly understand your problem and answer even more stupidly instead of starting to solve it.
