I think if OP wants, OP can delete that encrypted watch only wallet, and create a new one without a password.
OP is using the mobile version of electrum.
As already said, it's not possible to have an unencrypted wallet on mobile version of electrum. Having an unencrpyted electrum wallet is possible only on its desktop version.
