Real Madrid lost from all sides, I didn't expect them to play that bad and especially for Mbappe in this match it was really bad, he had filled the left wing position in his original position because of Vinicius' absence but Mbappe was unable to show his best performance, not only because he failed to execute the penalty but there was indeed no major contribution to the team from Mbappe, it's been a long time since his arrival he should have been able to adapt but in fact he didn't.

I didn't expect such a bad performance from Real Madrid. They not only lost, but they gave Real Madrid fans a horrible match. Looking at their style of play, it seemed like a neighborhood club had entered the Champions League. No supporter expected such a haphazard game from a Champions team. A match with such a bad performance and bad match planning against the strongest team of the season is not difficult, but impossible. They couldn't do much good in defense, strike and midfield. Especially defense and strike were absolutely bad.
if you expected real Madrid to win this game or to play better than how they played in this game, then it is probably that you have not been following up the games of these two teams and did not look at the players that are missing at the Madrid camp and how it disorganized the performance of the team. the attack was porous without vinicius and rodrygo. the midfield was bad to the extent that luka modric had to start and remain that long in the game with eduardo camavinga getting injured eelier in the first half, what did you expect from the remaining names on the madrid shirt? the only people that played well are Jude Bellingham and and rudigar. check out the player rating after the game and you will see Liverpool players totally dominating in every thing. you think that's going to be case if vini and rodrygo were around and all the other long list of madrid players that are all injured? as much as you need a good defense, you still need good attackers that when you pull the ball out can still attack in the same manner your opponent was attacking you with and that definitely was missing in the Madrid team last night.

I personally think that the responsibility for today's match loss will be on Kylian Mbappe. He had enough time to adapt to the team,. But he still couldn't adapt to the team and couldn't do anything remarkable for Real Madrid. After conceding a goal, he missed a penalty and pushed the team further back. They had a chance to get back into the match with a penalty, but they failed miserably.
at this point it is just okay to agree that Mbape has been baby sited enough and obviously, he has lost his form, confidence and quality. he played absolutely rubbish with a lot of misplaced passes and a very casual penalty. how on earth do you loose concentration and didn't even pose a threat to the goalie giving him the confidence of comfortably saving your penalty so cheaply? even endrick that came late into the game had a better rating than mbape in this game. as a matter of fact, he was the worse player on the field. dude has been too disappointing since he came to madrid. far less than all the hype he has got.
