1. Accept the loss:
2. Tell someone:
3. Socialize more, go out, play outdoor games, go on a hike with friends for a few days:
4. Take professional help:
5. This last advice is a bit philosophical.
Those who are professional gamblers basically adhere to the above five points very seriously, especially if they face a big loss, then of course they take the help of a professional and if they have relatives, they share this big loss with them. If a professional gambler ever breaks down mentally, he must have the support of good physiological or close friends. Only close relatives can give good comforting advice during this bad experience.
In my case, if I have to deal with such a bad experience, I definitely take the advice of my family members and I try to control myself as much as I can.
One of the mistake here is on the gambler some of them treating gambling as their source of income so they take this seriously and we know how does the impact of it on the people's emotion and active so if you think you are already addicted there's nothing wrong to seek help if you want to get outside of addiction.
There's nothing wrong accepting the fact you lose already alot of money so you can reset your life than circular in gambling.
Reason why gambling you afford to lose and not spend most of your money even the point you lend some money cause to increase the number of your debts
