Theres a lot of complaints for those 2 exchanges (others too I know but I focus on them first).
Me too - I bought coins on HitBTC and YoBit - and now I have my investment stuck - either like HitBTC the withdrawel fee is 10% or more - or like with YoBit the coins are "under maintanance" and just not withdrawable.
The best they will do is to have something on Reputation, Trust scores of these exchanges, or Notes.
These exchanges have long history and they won't be delisted on market cap websites when they are still operating and lively. When these exchanges stop operations and die, they will be added to
Exchange graveyards.
