In my opinion, changing coaches is not the only solution to improve Tottenham's performance, Tottenham has always been a good club but they do not have the potential to become champions like Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Man U, or Chelsea. While Manchester United is an elite Premier League club with many titles they have won, of course this club is trying hard to do anything to restore their good performance like before, such as changing coaches. But, if we compare Man United's previous performance when coached by Ten Hag, Tottenham is still better than them, Tottenham's problem is just a lack of consistency.
I agree with you. The solution to Tottenham's problem is not changing the coach. Manchester United and Tottenham's problems are different. Manchester United had a strong squad. They had big funds. Manchester United spent a lot of money on buying players. But even after that we did not see any improvement in Manchester United's performance. Ten Hag's match strategy was weak. So Manchester United's performance was also irregular.
Tottenham's problem is not their coach. I would say Tottenham's match strategy is quite good. Tottenham should prepare big funds and add talented players to the squad. But Tottenham does not prepare very big funds to build their squad. If we compare Tottenham's squad with Arsenal or Manchester United, Tottenham will be behind. Even then Tottenham's overall gameplay is quite good. I think Tottenham's problems will be largely solved if talented players are added to the squad.
