You can look for the tokens on individual exchanges that have the tokens like Binance, Bitget, Mexc and the likes. But I think the price of these coins are up already which may not be a good time to buy. I may be wrong. if the bull market continues, probably they might increase but it would be good to DCA.

Also I prefer bitcoin than all these altcoins.
