If there is a reward, it will be based on the report accuracy percentage as well
Doesn't that goes against "do not worry about your accuracy too much; one accurate report is worth many inaccurate reports"? 
There are users with thousands of reported posts yet their accuracy rate is less than 70%.
Percentage can be greatly affected by the type of posts you are reporting. If for exmaple you are focused on those ann thread bump group shitposts, your report percebtage will probably be 99%+, but if you go outsiode of that and start reporting bordering shitposts, it will go now.
