I think that as soon as people are motivated by payments for reporters, the moderators will resign . Imagine how long it will take them to go through all the reports from people who at some point decided to "make money" on reports, but never figured out how to do it right. I don't see a problem with reports if there are some points that are worth noting and for which you shouldn't expect any perks. Although I think it's easier to send reports from a computer than from a mobile. The latter seems convenient only for reading, nothing more.
