Man United is indeed still adapting to their new strategy, and Amorim may still carry out more experiments, but I guess it will only be focused on the back line and the flange. Meanwhile, on the front line, it seems he will not make any changes because that line is currently quite productive, and I think they will score again against Everton. If Amorim can find a good composition at the back, I think they will get the win.
Well that should be Amorim's main focus in his squad to fix weaknesses in the defense sector where in the two matches against Ipswich in the Premier League and Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League, Man Utd's defenders performed poorly, perhaps because they were not ready to run the 3 defender format. RB and LB were late to come down to help the defense when the opposing team relied on quick counterattacks. We'll see when we play against Everton later whether there are any real changes that are visible, if not, it seems that Amorim must bring in several players in the transfer market to support his project.
The real issue is about signing new players now rather Amorim should just bring in 2 to 3 players to compliment other players so as to suit his system or tactics, he can't just completely changed the team now it's should be a gradual process, moreover Man Utd win against Bodo/Glint shouldn't be used as a yardstick to pass Amorim being his first win since taking over Man Utd, I think until he plays a formidable team like Arsenal and win then that would be his real test, though his next match against Everton would be used to access his ability as their Man Utd, I hope he succeed his new role as the club manager.
