As we wrote there was some issue with multiple payments with the same amount from the same address.
It has been fixed for new payments, but some older ones were affected. Since we have tons of payments it was not easy to fix it all at once. Now we updated our scripts to pick up those payments. The payments will resume for them in about an hour.
