Most times I think the problem has not been with gambling but with the Gamblers, their attitude and their approach towards gambling, the last time I heard about similar case as this, I observed the gambler got to a point he became obsessed and wanted to win all the time, he began to Chase losses since he was successful at chasing a few until he got to that point he couldn't handle it anymore and that is why I always try not to blame it on gambling but the gambler, if gur finance has gambled responsible he/she wouldn't have gotten to thia point
Yes, the problem isn't gambling, but the gamblers who are greedy and wish to make quick profit to get rich without effort. The way gambling is being promoted on the media is also a big issue right now, but it doesn't remove the responsability gamblers have over their own acts. It's pretty simple to understand gambling isn't supposed to be profitable, because if it was, then who would like to run a casino in first place?

If gambling worked as extra income, nobody would need to work anymore, as they could simply turn 100$ into 200$ in a few minutes or hours, and then turn those 200$ into 400$ on the following day infinitely. It's easy to understand it, so people who don't want to get this point is probably seeking for shortcuts in life, and that is not something which ends well. In the end, they always blame someone or something else for the failure, but never take responsability for their own actions and choices.
