This is not a bad idea and I think this would actually increase number of reports, but if there is any financial reward than we can expect abuse from some members.
You can be 100% sure that some people would create alts whose only job would be to shitposts, so they can their report those postys with their main account. Whatever can be abused around here will be abused.What are the ''right'' boards?
