While we have lenders in the forum, I urge you not to dwell into this. You'll just get a lot of headaches from doing this, so I am not discouraging you but giving you some thoughts that you might want to reconsider. It's not that easy it goes by lending your BTC to anybody and just take it back with the interest. It's very complex if you'd ask me and that's why this is the thing that I have shined to my eyes upon reading your thoughts about your plan.
