On my local board, a user was using the "report to moderator" button to report their posts for merits, which were marked as bad/inaccurate, he might be doing the same thing on the English board; I'm sure his accuracy score is terrible as hell.
It is good that he did not actually begging in public place and did not asked any merit source to review their posts. Instead, they want the forum staffs to review their posts which make sense to them.
I know this is funny, but from a newbie members perspective, probably he thought this is the correct way to report it for merits. LOL. I am sure he would lose his ability to report if they were on the other forum. But luckily, they are on BitcoinTalk and they would be able to report as long as they want.
