No, it's not. I imagine that when you talk about
drawing up a contract, you mean that it will be as it should be. Not a piece of paper/ spread-work sheet where you write the "terms" and put "your" signature, but it will be checked and stamped/ notarized by a lawyer. Indeed it's difficult for someone to pursue you legally because the amounts are small and from different countries/ regions, but if they want to,
they can with a proper contract. And believe me, they will find you and you will face the consequences regardless of the country and origin of the money. El Salvador may be a tempting destination for crypto businesses, but it certainly isn't for its prisons...
