1. Accept the loss:

2. Tell someone:

3. Socialize more, go out, play outdoor games, go on a hike with friends for a few days:

4. Take professional help:

5. This last advice is a bit philosophical.

Those who are professional gamblers basically adhere to the above five points very seriously, especially if they face a big loss, then of course they take the help of a professional and if they have relatives, they share this big loss with them. If a professional gambler ever breaks down mentally, he must have the support of good physiological or close friends. Only close relatives can give good comforting advice during this bad experience.
In my case, if I have to deal with such a bad experience, I definitely take the advice of my family members and I try to control myself as much as I can.

Even those amateurs in gambling but are still capable to control their emotions, once they incurred a huge loss, they will surely stop betting and take a break for quite some time. They will resort into some productive hobbies and get socialize with others, while trying to forget the loss from gambling. Eventually, once they are good to go again, they will study on the interesting games offered in gambling so they can prepare to bet and risk their funds again.
