Heartbreaking to many people including the non Barcelona fans who watched with keen interest. Hansi Flick had started this season with much energy that got many people praising him and also thinking that he could win this season effortlessly with his strategic offensive tactics. Today's match against Las Palmas will make it the third successive La Liga matches that's been lost by Barcelona.

Many were already celebrating over the penalty chance that Barcelona got towards the 90th minutes of the game but to my greatest surprise nothing was materialized from it. Its more heartbreaking to the Barca side considering that they were the hosts. Real Madrid is just three points below the Barcelona club at the La Liga league table standing today.

It is a really disappointing kind of a drop in performance by Barcelona these days. How did they manage to lose to Las Palmas home?  Huh  They even got behind for 2 times during the game. When we check the lineup they didn't have 2 of their usual players. Yamal was among the substitutes after recovering from his injury. Olmo also didn't play. I guess Hansi Flick wanted to rest him after the Brest game.

When Yamal entered at the beginning of the second half, I got more hopeful. However they still got a bad loss... Now Real Madrid technically have a big chance to take the lead from Barcelona considering they have a missing game.
If they should tell me this is how things will play out this season, I will doubt. Imagine Madrid that started with inconsistencies this season due to injured players, is now at the point of taking over the league top spot from Barcelona who started in a superb form and on a winning streak. What went  wrong in Barcelona to the point that Madrid who has more injured players is having more advantage than them currently.

However, let's not be carried away with the way Flick turned this team into something extraordinary, you should still put in mind that Barcelona does not have much players to rely on, if one is injured, unlike Madrid.
